Bookings
- All room rates and services are subject to a 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Each reservation is subject to the hotel provider's change and cancellation policy, which may vary.
- Guests are typically required to notify the hotel of any cancellations at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- In the event of a prepaid reservation cancellation, guests will be charged the applicable change or cancellation fees as stated in the confirmation email or indicated in the hotel's policy.
Check-in & Check-Out
- Check in time is 15.00 and Check out time is 12.00
- To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID of the primary guest and booking details, including the confirmation letter, or booking number, at the reception desk.
Children
- 12岁以下儿童可与父母共享床铺，不收取费用。
- Breakfast for a maximum of 2 children below 12 years of age staying with paying accompanying adult(s) in the same room on existing bedding are complimentary.
- Additional children under 12 years old will be charged for breakfast buffet at a 50% discount per person from the regular price.
- Guests aged 12 years and above will be subject to an additional charge for an extra bed and daily breakfast.
General
- Safe deposit boxes are available in all guest rooms for the secure storage of valuables.
- The Management accepts no responsibility for loss of money, valuables, jewelry, or other personal belongings on the hotel premises.
- The Management also declines any responsibility for damage to and/or loss of vehicles and their contents parked in the hotel car park.
- Guests are advised that smoking tobacco, marijuana, burning incense, or other flammable materials in the guestrooms and hotel premises is strictly prohibited and will incur a cleaning fee of THB 5,000.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during arrival, departure, and while in common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, or other public spaces.
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children throughout the stay.
